Gulf Dispatch is run by the people who show up. There's no distant owner calling the shots — the direction, the rules, and even the name belong to the members who build it together.
Pioneers
The first members to arrive. Pioneers help shape the community early on — proposing its name, its colours, and how it governs itself.
Caretakers
Stewards chosen by the community in open elections. Caretakers keep things running and answer to the members who elected them.
Naming & lore
The community names itself through naming proposals, and its story is kept in the Chronicle — a living history written by its members.
Self-governance
Members propose and vote on changes through community governance.
Where the money goes
When you support Gulf Dispatch, most of every contribution flows straight back into the community — its pioneer and caretaker pools — with the rest covering hosting and the founder. It funds the community, not an outside operator.
